My oldest grandson had our tickets to the game and told us he would be late. If Robert dropped us off we would have stood in the rain for 40 minutes. Instead he parked his vehicle a few block away and dropped us at the stadium when my grandson arrived. We called 15 minutes ahead after the game and he appeared at the designated pickup location within minutes. He was always courteous and easy to converse with.
